DOCUMENT SUBMISSIONS

Submissions must include: - Overview biography - Accomplishments / reason for nomination - Dates they attended HHS (or teaching at HHS) - Family members who have / are attending HHS - Post HHS education - Professional background -ongoing support to HHS - Civic activities - Newspaper articles, letters of commendation & other pertinent information - Letters of support

Please email a folder with your documents and information to info@hhsaa.com

We will duplicate your information folder into our internal storage system and notify you when we have received the information and begun processing it.
